At Sánchez Santos · Dental Prosthetics we respect your privacy and protect your personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on data protection and the guarantee of digital rights.

We process the data you give us through the contact form in order to answer your enquiry or appointment request, manage the relationship with patients and, where applicable, provide the services requested. No automated decisions are taken and no profiling is carried out.

3. Legal basis

The legal basis is your consent, given by ticking the acceptance box on the form, together with the application of pre-contractual measures at your request. Where services are provided, processing is also based on performance of the contract and on compliance with legal obligations.

4. Retention

We keep your data for as long as the relationship lasts and you do not ask us to erase it, and afterwards for the periods required by law to deal with any liabilities.

5. Recipients

Data is not shared with third parties except where required by law. The technology providers supporting the website (hosting, email) act as data processors in accordance with current regulations.

6. Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to the postal address above or to franchezsantos@hotmail.com, enclosing a copy of an identity document.

If you believe the processing does not comply with the regulations, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
