Do you only work with clinics and dentists?
Yes. We are a dental prosthetics laboratory: we manufacture for clinics and dental professionals. We do not treat private patients directly; the treatment is always led by your clinic.
How do I send you a case?
You can send us conventional impressions or the intraoral scan as a digital file (STL) from the main scanners on the market. We also arrange pickup and delivery in Málaga and the province.
How long does a job take?
It depends on the type of work: a night guard or a repair can be ready in 24 to 48 hours; a crown or a set of veneers, between one and two weeks. We agree the timescale for each case when we receive it.
What materials and technology do you use?
We work with top-quality CE-marked materials: zirconia, lithium disilicate (e.max), chrome-cobalt and high-density resins, with a CAD-CAM digital workflow of 3D design and 5-axis milling.
Do you accept a digital workflow and intraoral scanning?
Yes. We are a digital laboratory: we accept STL files, design in CAD and send you the proposals so you can validate them before manufacturing.
Do you offer a warranty on your work?
Yes. All our prosthetics carry a warranty covering materials and manufacture. We explain the conditions and the recommended care when we hand over each case.
Do you carry out urgent repairs and adjustments?
Yes. We have a fast repair service, often on the same day, so your patient gets the prosthesis back as soon as possible.
