Francisco Sánchez Santos is committed to making this website accessible in accordance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.1, level AA), taking standard EN 301549:2022 as a reference.

1. Compliance status

This website is fully conformant with WCAG 2.1 level AA, according to the internal review carried out in July 2026 across every published page.

2. Accessibility measures applied

• Semantic structure with a single H1 per page and a consecutive heading hierarchy.
• Identified regions: header, navigation, main content and footer.
• Skip link to the main content, visible when navigating by keyboard.
• Minimum contrast of 4.5:1 for body text and 3:1 for large text.
• Visible focus indicator on every interactive element.
• Descriptive alternative text on all informative images.
• Forms with associated labels, required fields marked and understandable error messages.
• Full keyboard navigation, including the mobile menu, the FAQ accordion and the cookie notice.
• Responsive design for mobile, tablet and desktop with no loss of content or horizontal scrolling.
• The system preference for reduced motion is respected.

3. Non-accessible content

The location map is displayed through an external Google Maps service whose interface is outside our control. As an accessible alternative, the full address of the laboratory is given as text on the contact page and in the footer of every page.

Statement prepared in July 2026 following a self-assessment by the site development team, combining automated review with manual keyboard testing and contrast verification.
